What is a CD Key and how does it work?

A CD Key is an alphanumeric code that unlocks a game on platforms like Steam, the EA App, or Ubisoft Connect. Entering it into your account authorizes the legitimate download and activation of the product.

Are the CD Keys you sell legal?

Yes. We work with authorized distributors and official channels. Each key comes from legitimate batches and complies with the publisher or platform's licenses.

Can they have region lock?

Some keys are limited to certain regions. In the product description, you'll see whether it's "Worldwide" (no restrictions) or "Region Locked" (only works in specific countries). Review this information before purchasing.

How long does it take to receive a CD key?

Most orders are automatically processed within minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours, but you'll always receive an email notification with your code within that time.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund policy?

- Before purchasing: You can review your cart and cancel at no cost.

How do I redeem my CD Key on the platform?

- Open your client (e.g. Steam).
- Go to “Games” → “Activate a product on Steam”.
- Enter the CD Key exactly as it appears in your email.
- Follow the instructions to download and install.

What do I do if the key doesn't work?

- Check that there are no extra spaces or changed characters.
- Check the region of the key and your account country.
- If the problem persists, please open a ticket with screenshots; we'll resolve it or refund you.

Do you have lower prices than official stores?

Do you sell new release or pre-order games?

We offer both current releases and pre-order options. The pre-order CD key is delivered on the official release date.
