- The screen where the error appears when entering the password.
 - The full activation attempt (Steam interface, EA app, Ubisoft Connect, etc.).
 - The exact error message in text or image.
 - The “Licenses and Products” section of your Steam account showing the associated game.
 
If your problem is that the key has already been used, in addition to the above information you must:
- Open a ticket with Steam support requesting the exact date and time of key activation.
 - Please attach a screenshot of Steam's official response.
